I have three different estimates, and the prices vary greatly. Why?
There are a number of different factors that go into pricing a remodeling project. Be sure that every estimate has the same scope of work. If the estimates are vague and you cannot interpret that information, go back to the contractor for clarification in writing. If you are unable to get adequate written clarification, it may be wise to eliminate that remodeling contractor from the bidding process.
How long should my project take?
This depends on the size and scope of your project and what is found during demolition. Ask your project coordinator for the most reasonable timeframe and stay in touch with him or her as the project progresses.
Are you a licensed contractor?
Yes, Our Contractors State License Number is165793 issued February 2nd 1957. Visit the Contractors State License Board.
Is your company insured?
Yes, we are fully insured and bonded. Our company carries Workman’s Compensation as well as general liability insurance.
Are you a member of the Better Business Bureau?
We have been members since 1997.
How much experience do you have?

Can you pull the permit?
Your project supervisor will take charge of pulling all applicable permits.
Do I need plans?
Some projects require drawing some require full scale plans all can be acquired by our team. We can create the plans necessary to build and obtain the permit.
